Bottle in Brussels from biostore. Dark brown body with huge head. Sour nose. Taste is quite tart, goes sour. Some notes of malts and caramel but not enough for me. Passable.

White head, brown beer. Head quickly subsides to leave a rather uncarbonated looking brown liquid. Initial flavour impression is a surprise, not cheap sweetness. In fact quite an attenuated thin mouthfeel as if it has been brewed out too far. Some harsh tar like quality which might be a facet of buckwheat. Not unpleasant; doesn’t drink its strength.
