Amber, vlokkige witte kraag. Aroma heeft de beloofde tonen van caramel, maar vooral appel. Weinig in de neus. Smaak is licht bitter, zeer licht zuur. Palet is licht melig, licht tot medium body, medium co2.

Light for an "amber" beer Attractive nose marred by slight dustiness Good mouthfeel and texture Lovely fragrant flavours but a touch too sweet Very tasty overall Charmingly homemade label!

Very good, just off-white head, fed by very lively carbonated metallic old-golden beer. Lightly toasted, greenery, herbs as parsley, cucumber, watermelonpeel. Perfumed flavour, rosewater, maybe some quinces or rosehips. Light, if pretty slick, even a bit sticky in the finish. Average on all fronts.
