3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slight haze, ornate rings of lace, heaped suds. Coniferous (Saazy?) aroma with an apple sauce sugary sweetness. Clean, crisp and apple-accented, but still slightly Pils-like. Lots and lots of sugar. Maybe honey. Surprisingly enjoyable.

Bottle. Popped the cap off and the beer really wanted to get out of the bottle. Saved most of the beer. Nice toasty, yeasty an bit spiced aroma. Pours hazy amber. Very good mouthfeel. The flavour has toasted malt, spices, some yeast, fruits, caramel and a good hoppiness. Dry toasty bit spiced finish. Tasty brew.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Fad. Absolut en meget skuffende trippel, især på fad. Ingen af de normale karakteristika for en trippel, bare malt med en kende bitterhed i slutningen. Kedelig og intetsigende.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2015 33cl bottle. Beautiful deep copper coloured beer with a nice head and gentle bubbling.
Heavy sweet smell, a mixture of banana, peach, caramel with hints of raisins and black berries. Touch of metal and malt. Maybe even some cherries.
Bitter but subtle, the taste is fruity but not overwhelming. Cherry sourness. Hints of wood.
Dry and sweetish with a touch of alcohol. Overall a subtle, original triple.
