3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at W&S open in appropriate plasticware. Honestly I got this for my wife, but she preferred my Pilsner Urquell, so my prize is to get a new tick. This is a fine beer to watch live tennis with, and a totally okay beer otherwise. I mean, thereís nothing sexy about it -- itís all toast and caramel and bitter pine dishwater hops, but itís pretty much exactly what I expect when I order a generic IPA. Also makes it easy to pace oneself -- this will last me through both quarterfinals matches tonight!

Bottle from meijer. Nose is pure hop and body is clean and dry. Bitter and minimal floral notes. An average Joe ipa without any memorable moments. Passable though.

1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
From vintage, $2 a bottle. Glugs into the glass from the bottle. Brisk IPA aroma. First taste is free, big, almost rubber spirit concoction of thicker materialistic ipa woes. Did nellie go nasty or is little zeke using the olí john deer to disc the surface of my tongue. Chuggah chuggah like a slow idling unfiltered harley. Long bitter medicinal feeling on the finish, come on summer, wew, how about an acidic sour for a chaser? Yes, terrible on style for a double ipa, pine tar and spruce all while chewing on green grapefruit rinds mouth coating handsoap experience.

12 oz. bottle from Kroger. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have a weak base of toasted caramel malts, citrus peel and earthy hops, moderate bitterness that lasts to the finish, just seems to be missing something.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle from House Beer. Orange-gold pour with a finger of white head. Big resiny grapefruit and caramel malt aroma. Tastes of grass, bread, earthy, citrus peel. Light to medium bitter. Thinnish palate. Nice enough.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not bad. This beer was better than I was expecting. A nice hoppy and floral aroma. Medium body with a smooth hoppy middle and end. Malty sweet backbone.

Good IPA. Not great. Good blend of hop and malt. Not too overwhelming either way. Enjoy.

Draft. Orange malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet tangerine malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Good - standard IPA.
