COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We couldn’t leave good enough alone with this brew. As the name suggests, we expect to see you returning to enjoy this delectable treat. The best part is every time we brew it, we will use different hops, while keeping the malt bill the same. We hope you enjoy your learning process of how different hops alter aroma and flavor. Repeater I uses Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops.

Draft. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium citrus bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew.

4oz taster on tap at the Lager House. Clear golden color, slight orange hue to it., Thin off-white head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Good grassy citrusy hop nose. Good biscuity malt. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Light to medium body. Good smooth kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Dry finish. Solid, satisfyingly hoppy pale ale. A little bit more bitter, less drinkable than most, though. Maybe a touch out of balance. Kind of a light spicy bitter edge to it.

Draft at the Lager House. Pours a clear, bright gold with a finger of white head that settles into a thin film and ring that leaves streaks of lace. Aroma of wet hay, pale malts, grass, dough, and lemon. Flavor of crackers, dough, hay, lemon zest, grass, and faint florals. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a dry, bitter mouthfeel. Good APA.

Draft to pint at Moerlein Lager House. This was just released today. Looks solid; a transparent golden orange with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells nice and hoppy; seems like Chinook and something else, but I can’t put my finger on which one. Mild sweetness and a touch of grain too. Tastes like it smells with a light, clean, and fairly dry mouthfeel. One of the better brews I’ve had from Moerlein.
