COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sampled from bottle. Near black colour with beautiful pale brown rocky head. Clean aroma from cocoa and grassy hops. Smooth, chocolatey flavour with flowery, piney, nutty and grassy hops, rubber ballooon, mint, bitter chocolate, bit of acidity and an overall feeling of rye bread - all are elegantly acompanying to the flavour profile. Velvetty mouthfeel and really nice balance. The finish is long and there’s bitter chocolate, rye bread and slight acidity lingering. Medium bodied. Bitterness is smooth and not overpowering. Great beer with the best balance!

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma has strong notes of wood, roasted malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and alcohol as well as a bit of chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Coffee colored, thick head colored like pepparkaksdeg. Course fragrance but a smooth mouthfeel. lots of bitter chocolate, some pineneedles, grapefruit and cloves. No apparent sweetness, but still easy to drink. Goes well with most heavier foods, or on its own in front of the fire. Enjoy!

Pours a darkbrown, almost black color with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is roasted malty and hoppy at the same time; coffee, liqourice, chocolate, citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Flavour is roasted and hoppy, and therefore not so sweet. Citrus, grass, tropical fruit, coffee, and some chocolate is found. Bitter finish, but not too bitter which is good (hops are more aromatic). Mediumbodied. Mouthfeel is smooth, and carbonation is rather soft. Very well-crafted beer, really tasty low abv porter.
