Very dark brown with a thick creamy head. Fruity with malty notes. Malt, fruit, coffee and hops.Full body with a long bitter after taste.

Coffe colored. Coffee taste. Brownish foam. Fresh fragrance of spruce needles and wet soil. Rich, nuanced bitterness, harsh accessibility. No everyday porter. This is an extreme beer for sure. Not bad, but not really my favourite either.

Botella. deep dark brown colour. Beige head. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and some alcohol. Good filling mouthfeel. Roasted malt, chocolate and alcohol in the flavour with a good bitterness.

Reddish black with heavy, lasting foam. Citric flower mix with the coffee aroma. Also chocolate and grapefruit in the taste. Full mouthfeel, very nice.

Bottle: clear dark red colour, big brown creamy head! Aroms had vanilla, caramelly, raisins, lots of citrus, flowers and fruits! Flavor: nice creamy mouthfeeling of spicy, caramelly, vanilla, fruity, flowery! Nice balanced, medium to big body, medium long fruity spicy dark Chocolate Woody finish! Nice complexity!! Well done!

@ Tiddes Bar. Pours brown black with a good creamy tanned head. Aroma is sweet malty toasted fruity hoppy piny. Flavor is spicy sweet bitter malty fruity piny citric. Finishes bitter sweet roasted.

Dark brown/reddish with a small head.
Aroma hits with sweetness, honey and vanilla at first, then roasted malt, chocolate, coffee.
Taste is pretty sweet and spicy, has roasted malt and some red berries, vanilla and honey, coffee, chocolate and bitter/citrus hops as well. After taste is long and has a nice bitter hop punch to it. Had this one two months ago and it has already mellowed a bit regarding the alcohol taste. Really looking forward to how it will develop further.

Kind of sad I forgot to rate the retired version, but gotta say this one is better. Pours a deep burgundy to black with a fairly big tan head that drops quickly, leaving lacing. Aroma of roasty malt, dark and bitter chocolate, coffee beans, hints of soy, wood. Alcohol definitely present. You can tell it’s more to the bitter side of the spectrum. Taste confirms this, a fairly heavy initial coffee bitterness that builds up into the finish for a quite pungent character. Body is somewhat light for the style (medium) and oily. Low carbonation. Will probably improve with aging.

Bottled. Deep burgundy coloured. Dense light brown head. Aroma: Sweetness, cocoa, roast, berries, herbs, sugar, Flavour: Roast, sugar, caramel, cocoa, herbs and berries. Medium bodied. Ends on a roasty bitter note with a touch of alcohol.

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, roasted malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol, and soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish.
