3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Huge hop aroma grips the nose. Goes away slightly after a while and then comes the malts. I’ve had it before and will have it again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
In short: A clean and crisp citrusy IPA. Superior textbook example of the style
How: Bottle 500ml at Golden Days, Göteborg Sweden
The look: Partly cloudy orangey-blond body topped by a persistent small white head
In long: The hoppy nose is typical heavily citrusy American IPA, bright an in-your-face. Taste has very crisp low-profile maltiness, crackery, dried white bread, a white sugar sweetness. The hosp citrusy character mix in with the sugary sweetness of the malts (some crystal malts?) and it feels like eating dried citrus fruits. Bitterness is sharp and a dry grassy flavor joins the party in the finish. This is an unber-clean, unber-crisp well balanced citrusy IPA. What it lacks in personality it more than makes up in drinkability. I drank this beer early during the day, before noon, it is during this trip in Scandinavia that I realized I am starting to drink earlier and earlier, for instance today at 2pm I was already drinking my second beer of tomorrow.

Hazy golden, with floral aroma. Loads of caramel and some hints of butterscotch. Chaotic taste with loads of different hoppy bitterness. Finish is surprisingly mellow, almost sweet.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
light yellow colour with a small white head. most dominant smell is pinapple and some pine too. apricot? apricot.
soft oily mouthfeel. not so much in you face hop explosion, but rather a long hop party that builds up and lingers out to a dry end. pineapple, pine, persimmon fruit.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A very good IPA, although a little dark. It was my first Finnish IPA, and the experience was excellent. I will drink this again any time.
