COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Oxymoron is a development of last year’s Black IPA Easter Edition. As the name states the beer is a contradiction in itself, a dark light beer. The hop profile corresponds to an IPA albeit with a light body and a dark, stout-like colour, though without the roasted notes. Oxymoron is brewed with Pilsner, Pale, Munich, oat, rye, and light and dark caramel malts. The hop varieties are Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, Colombus, Crystal, Magnum and Simcoe)

Doftar blommor och blader och lite kaffe. Känns lite knepig...både vattnig och fyllig. Behaglig beska. Fullt godkänd brygd allt som allt.

Countbeer (4028) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 19, 2012
Bottle: Thanks to Viktor: Small light brown tan head on top of an (looks like clear) black colored beer with a brown shine. Smell candy sweets, hops, nettle, hint of coffee, sweet grains, dust, liquorice, light hint of oak, hint of smoke. Taste is a sweet grainy and coffee hop mix with a good bitterness, herbs/(green)grass, hint of toasted/roasted malts, light soapy and bitter light dry, citrus bitter and a light light hint of something light tar/coal/roast. Hoppy bitter chocolate coffe herby aftertaste. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium to lightly fuller body and a light creamy texture. Nice bipa. Bit flat at first, but seems to grow with time.

Bottle. Dark brown, nearly black body with small tan head. Clear aroma of moccha beans, some hops, coffee. Taste, at first, is a bit hidden and reluctant to reveal itself but very worthwile upon being released. Medium bodied. Aftertaste very subtle and nicely bitter in the aftertaste.

Bottle from sb Strømstad enjoyed at home
Pours dark brown, black in glass, nice finger thick tanned head. Smells of citrus, zests, roasted malts and some tropical fruits. Taste is quite malty, good medium sweetness, also quite roasty, some coffee and citrus. Nice hoppy finish with citrus and resins. Good heavy bitterness. Medium to full bodied, average carbonation and quite thick feel, still not oily. Totally a very drinkable beer and a nice step up from the previous version of this ber
