COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mohawk Pale Ale is a full flavored Pale Ale with a mix of hops delivering aromas of dried and fresh tropical fruits, citrus and pine. Brewed with continental Pale, Munich, Crystal and Biscuit malt. The hops are a mix of German Hallertau and American Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe.

Sample at SBWF 2013. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, grape, some pineapple and malt. Also light notes of perfume and hay. Medium bitter. An ok one.

Botlle, 33 cl. Golden amber with a rich off white head. Hoppy aroma of sweaty armpit, resin, pine oil, sweet citrus-fruits. Well crafted malty backbone with caramel botes. Mooth, light bitter finish. Interesting hop-mix. OK.

Unclear medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, graas, citrus, leather. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, citrus - orange, caramel, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130520]

Bottle. Cloudy orange colour and big off white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, dried fruits and pine. A bit mashup mixture of random hops. Its a great pale ale but dissapointing at the end of the day.

Bottle courtesy of Jan & Charlotte, Ulfborg, Denmark. Had this in company of Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella and Loz 20.05.13 Pours orange/gold with a lightly foamy head, a little hazy. Light citrussy nose. Taste is soft juicy citrus, good bitterness, little dry, very nice. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
