COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50 cl bottle from Systembolaget Nordstan. BB 120211. Sampled on September 4, 2011
Clear copper color, white small head. Sweet, fruity, malty, berry, grainy scent. Malty, metallic, grainy, fruity taste. Berry aftertaste, some cream. Thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Almost clear amber with almost no head. There was almost no sound when I opened the bottle and it look very undercarbonated in the glass. The malts is dominating the aroma. The taste is more complex with a fruity touch and a good bitterness as balance to the malts. The carbonation is as expected, hence very little. Despite the apperently erronious carbonation is this beer quite crisp and enjoyable.

Bottle. Clear light amber with a small creamy head. Aroma of malt, biscuits, some fruit and notes of spices. The taste was on the thin side with mosly biscuits and malt. Dry and rather bitter. There was something in this beer that I didnt like, something that reminded of "rubber".

50 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Light amber, clear liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with notes of grapefruit, rye, herbal hops, toasty and roasted malt and a bit sweet. Taste is light sweet and quite malty with a lot of biscuity notes from the rye. Medium to heavy bitter. Quite dry. Medium bodied with ok o. Overall, quite nice lager but a bit disturbingly sweet and some wierd smell (maybe DMS) that I also found in the Red Easter.

Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured an amber liquid with a small dirty white head. Smell of malt, bread, caramel and some fruity hops in the background. The taste is similar, a malty, bready, caramelly taste and the hops is there but hidden behind the malt. Also a distinct but mellow bitterness. Fairly smooth mouthfeel.
