COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange peel, pine needles, apricots, floral hops and a hint of toast. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, pine needles, grapefruit, apricots and fresh citric hops. Medium body, fairly dry. Lots of fresh aromatic hops in the finish, but not very long bitterness. 500 ml bottle. Hazy copper colour. Not as cloudy as the Goldings. Tall off-white coarse head. Peppery hop nose with hints of nutty malts. Peppermint. Yeasty flavours. Grainy malts. Papery texture. Spicy hop flavours. No typical Amarillo character as far as I can tell. Quite alright though.
