Bottle. Sour milk, green hay, and barley malt aroma. Cloudy amber color with small head. Creamy malt and grass hops flavor. Very nice.

Bottle - Slightly hazy amber body, big lasting white head; Pleasant big and quite fresh nose of malt and fruity yeast; Very soft body, quite sweet with a little malt bitterness way back; Medium long caramel sweet body and aroma in finish, malt bitter and a little sharp. Quite fresh and very drinkable.

Bügelverschlußflasche (Servus, Stefan !): Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, mid-sized loose head with a little lace; sweet-grainy nose with a tinge of hops; light to medium sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft and light to medium bodied; some hops in the sweet-fruity-grainy finish. O.K., not bad.........

(33cl swing top bottle, 5.7% abv, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, murky orange colour with a non-persistent, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly yeasty and milky malty nose with subtle and slightly sourish fruity notes. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, medium to light bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly yeasty, cara-malty taste, slightly nutty and bready; moderately dry, cara-malty finish with light herbal hoppy notes. Nice one (18.08.08).

bottle. Cloudy amber yellow colour, large head. Malty and slightly fruity with some hoppy hints. Yeasty character, hints of banana. This beer is brewed with wheat malt.

I think this is the one I had. Again on tap, Elferhaus (a spectacular beer bar), Innsbruck, Austria. Solid and plainish, but quality in its own right.
