750ml bottle (Foret). Pours a bold golden orange body with a large fluffy white head that sticks around before fading away. Aroma consists of citrus zest, yeast, earthyiness, and clove. Tastes of spice, some sweet citrus, and yeast. The finish is very nice with the lightly bitter hops and some tartness as well. Overall an interesting and tangy brew.

Bottle conditioned, 750ml Cork & caged (between 4 people). Orange gold with white head. Carbonated, but in a good way, tangy, sharp, lemony but still honeyed for depth. Lasting and easy on the palate, whilst having a fungal yeasty background. Good beer indeed.

Bottle. 22.5 oz. Pours a gorgeous dark honey with a thick, pungent white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, honey, spice, and a slight hint of licorice. Full body, but not overwhelming. Beautiful mouthfeel with a smooth, slow finish. Best saison I’ve ever tasted.

750mL bottle from Wegmans. Pours an opaque cloudy orange/golden body with a huge fluffy, frothy white head.Long lasting, great lacing. Immediately after popping this one open I got a burst of funky scents pouring out. Complex really nice aroma of some citrus, yeast, apples and honey notes, among others. Started off full of carbonation but mellowed out to a smooth, full bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet honey, with good orange citrus, floral, malt, yeast. There are some faint hops. Spicy finish. OK Wow this beer is really friggin good. Its got so much going on but nothing too overpowering. Please tell me, are all saisons are like this? Well not all but you get the point. Great!!

Very very nice. I don’t usually go for Belgians but this one really started to grow on me. Nothing about it was harsh like so many beers of the same vein. Like one other raters said. It blends seamlessly with your meal. Very classy.

A very nice saison, although the mouthfeel kills it a little for me with the over-carbonated pricklyness of it. Aroma has tons of bubblegum, floral/herbal hops, light fruits, and some dustyness. Body has some honey/lemony tea thing going on. Apple juice, lemons, some light peppery notes. Nice saison.

I can’t believe I’ve never tried this - man, that’s a pretty pour - turbid gold, with an effervescent body and a huge, soapy, well-sustained head - aroma of lightly sweet pale malts, wildflowers, herbs, lemon zest, mild earthy funk/barnyard - crisp, dry bitterness up front - remains mostly dry throughout, but a mild sweetness develops through the middle that works well with some lavender flavor that crops up along with it - earthy, rustic, a light bit of wild character - lovely mixture of herbs and flowers in the finish, along with done dry, lingering bitterness and peppery qualities - really well-balanced and tasty - not quite as good as Saison Dupont, but damn close.
