Aroma dominated by candy, syrup sweetness with some flowery, farmhouse like yeast notes, weak overall. Pours sunrise yellow to light amber with frothy white cap, some lasing too. Taste is sweetish with some tiny background bitter, light dry finish, floury a bit. More mild and at some degree complex than previous post. But also, not a good sample of style.

750 ml bottle pours a hazy yellow color with a great white head. Aromas of pine, bread, light citrus. Light bodied, delicious ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nov 2015 - Bottle share at Moeder Lambic as ’Dupont Moinette Biologique’, 7.5%. Hazy orange, opaque, very big foamy white head, full lacing. Aroma is musty, honey, papery, spice. Decent. Body is light, spritzy, slightly foamy. Taste is biscuity, light sugars, some honey, yeasty, dry finish with some booze. Nice beer. A bit fizzy for my liking. It’s so cheap to pick this up in the shops in Belgium. Quite the bargain.

Bit interesting for Belgian strong, but enjoyable. Decent maltiness with some spices, light wheaty, bit citrus, bit candy, some tropical fruitiness. Moderate sweet with moderate to light bitterness, well balanced. Need to grab some more

From the corked, caged 750 ml green bottle. 2014 batch. Yellow-peach colored pour with a tremendous white foamy head. The aroma has a kind of toasted bread and tropical fruit or orange character. Belgian yeast esters also in the aroma. Light body. Same bready and fruity flavor with a modest bitterness at the end.

75cl bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a generous off-white head. Citrus, yeast, wheat and barnyard in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is bitter with sweet fruity notes. Long dry, sweet and lightly astringent finish. Overall, a very good beer.

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has some nice citrusy esters with some spicy notes. Taste is slightly sweet and fruity at first and gets more bitter and spicy towards the finish. Body is quite smooth for a belgian beer but also well carbonated. Really good saison overall.
