Poured a hazy yellow/orange with a medium sized white head. Aroma is hoppy and yeasty with orange and citrus. Taste is smooth and slightly creamy with a decent amount of hops. Good citrus flavors with some creme. Finish is crisp with some fruity esthers. Very nice.

Beautiful golden color and bright white foam that quickly disappears. spicy fragrance. the taste is spicy as a triple with a slightly tart / sour edge (was 8 months and full technically above BB date)

Bottle from Liquor Express. Pours cloudy orange with a thin white head. Big citrus notes on the nose.Slight sour funk and hop bitterness on the tongue with a clean finish, One of my favorite saison’s so far.

Bottle - liquor express - foret - pours a lovely cloudy orange with a white head. Some small yeast and sediment at the bottom of the glass. Aroma is funky, fruity, peppery, piney, and has a touch of tropical fruits, pineapples and such. The taste is sour-bitter. Lively with a dry finish.

On tap at Blue Monk in Buffalo, NY. It was advertised under the name "Foret". Surprisingly funky, had a lot of hay in it, I thought. Very smooth and easy to drink, exactly what I was looking for.

Draft. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Light fruity and spicy aroma with a hint of funky yeast. The flavor is earthy and flowery, with spices, herbal notes, and a light funk. Good stuff.

Draft at rattle with Andrew. Pours a hazy orange with thin white lacing. Aroma is feint dry fruits. Mouthfeel is medium and dry with notes of fruit, bitter hops, and citrus.
