Has a slightly citrusy scent with lemon and hay. The flavor is a bit citrusy as well with a little grass. FatguyRacer (129), Crownsville, Maryland, USA Dec 21, 2007 Bottle 750ml labeled as Floret. Translucent golden color with a nice white head. Aroma of pizza spices, like oregano and basil and yeast. Strong hop flavors undercut by the sweet malt. A good saison but not the best from this brewery. BelgiskOlklub (397), Viby J, Denmark Dec 14, 2007 Bottle 25 cl. Golden saison with a white foam. Aroma dominated by coriander, apple and citrus. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy. It has a light body, a thin feel and a long hoppy finish. LinusStick (1831), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 10, 2007 A nice saison but a little too sweet for my taste. Aroma was funk and yeast. Pour was a cloudy gold with a nice 2 finger white head that stayed most of the drink. Taste was very fruity- apple and peasrs mostly which made it a little sweet. Some sugar in there as well with a nice dusty character in the aftertaste. Not bad, but I prefer saisons to be a little yeastier. Nice sediment, though. wickedpete (625), Lexington Park, Maryland, USA Dec 9, 2007 Gold color with a thin layer of white bubbles. Aroma is yeast with bubblegum characters. Flavor is light and chewy, predominantly bubblegum. I like this very much. downender (2538), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Dec 8, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy gold colour with a decent white head. Aroma of sweet malt, coriander and grain. Flavour started sweet before some herbs and spice and a decent dry finish. Very good. corby112 (677), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 4, 2007 Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick foamy white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma with a nice woodsy pine scent.
