750 ml corked and caged green bottle, labeled as Foret. 2011 bottle. Pours hazy orange with a thick white head with excellent retention; leaves sheeting lacework after it recedes. Aroma is very lemony; also, citrus powder drink, a little funk, faint clove and earth. Taste starts out lightly sweet before a wave of bitterness wipes it out; finishes with a faint tartness. A noticeable alcohol presence makes itself known in the finish. Body seems a little thin; highly carbonated. Not bad.

Couleur légèrement cuivrée. Nez floral et délicatement mielleux (côte de bette). Très agréable en bouche parfum de houblon présent mais subtil. La douceur disparaît assez vite pour laisser une agréable amertume persistante sur le palais. Très agréable à boire. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Un peu «skunky» (dommage), mais ce sont les levures et le sucre qui dominent tout de même au nez. Belle rondeur en bouche. Sucré et léger. Cette bouteille, peut-être un peu vieille ou mal entreposée m’a laissé sur ma soif. Sinon, je suis un grand fan de Dupont...

750---->tulip. Pours a light orange/dark straw with a mucho thick white head that never disappears and leaves clinging lace. Aroma is buttery funk and mildly sour apple. Tastes of zesty lemon, biscuit, tart white grapes, and some hay. Very nice bubbly palate and clean, dry finish. I REALLY like this beer.

Poured from bottle a straw orange with a massive white head that dissipates slowly and leaves great lacing. Smells of barnyard, straw, grass, biscuit, orange zest, and floral notes. Tastes of floral, biscuit, straw, and barnyard funk. Pleasant on the palate.

On tap @Erzbierschof’s -- Hazy golden with good white foam. Aroma is yeast, cloves, banana. Similar taste, fizzy, sourish. Medium bodied. Alcohol hidden.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of floral hops, earth, light bubble gum and dandelions, slightly metallic. flavour is heavy cooked vegetables, with a hint of caramel, very sugary. heavy-bodied with soft carbonation. disgusting.

Ottima schiuma e buon corpo, in bocca un po’ di zolfo e finale amaro netto ma non forte.

Tasted it in bottle: smells like buttered popcorn and wheat, quite hoppy. The relatively high alcohol content does not really show. Great beer, well made and surprisingly tasty even towards the end.
