This beer is really good. It’s got a light amount of hops in the finish. Smooth and a little spicy throughout. goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA

Malty aroma with notes of lighter fruits, yeasty, clove, and dusty. The flavor had a sweet start with a semi-dry finish. Mild bitterness on the finish with a light hoppiness. Some warming sensation. This quickly fills the glass with a tall head of tight white foam over a hazy light gold body. Beautiful lacing.
Fresh lemony aroma. Musty fruit.
Spicy with some sweetness and a soft tartness. Light and refreshing. Very drinkable. Jerre (1755), Waregem, Belgium

Aroma of herbs, citrus, grassy hops, and coriander. Taste is grassy herbal bitterness, with yeasty esters providing notes of honey, peaches, and flowers. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with slight stickiness and lush carbonation. Yes, i am fan of this beer. I’m sure i’m not alone. xav33 (313), Midland, MI, Michigan, USA

750 ml bottle
Bottled 2005, delected 08/06
Medium pour and soft pour in a tulip glass
First pour was 2/3 head, second pour was a bit more reasonable with a 2 inch white frothy fully lasting head with a murky straw colored body.
Smelt of light grassy hoppiness, heavy sweet doughy yeasts, with hints of allspice, fruity esters, banana and dust.
Taste was sweet spice upfront, with light bitter hoppiness, strong sweet fruit and bread spice, that slowly mute down in an average length finish. Mouthfeel was medium-light, dry, lively and chalky.
Overall, an easily drinkable, flavorful Saison ale that nears perfection. Miguel (1181), Saint-Ours, Quebec, Canada

Aroma could be picked up from my chair! Malt and fruit in the aroma. Wow. A bit of a dry bite at first sip. Finishes with a resiny spice and still very dry. This was a great pick that I’m proud I made! spodude (10), Belgium
