750ml green corked and caked bottle, poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is hazy goldenrod yellow with particles, and a medium sized frothy white head, that when reduced left a little lacing. Aroma of pears, hay, banana, herbs and lemon peels. Flavours of pears, herbs, lemon peels, banana and spices. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium bodied, soft texture and average carbonation. Overall a nice beer that I would classify as a Saison, because of the notable presence of spice and herbs in the flavour.

Surprise beer sitting in my in-laws garage beer fridge. Pours a just hazy yellow with a big white head that vanishes quickly. Reminds me of a funky lager. Light-medium bodied with healthy dose of carbonation. Bottle - Father-In-Laws Fridge
