Pours clear with a generous white head. Smells of flowers, grapes, sugar and fruit. Taste is slightly sugary and light with delicate peachy notes.

Very big aroma, floral and full of fruit: pears, apples, peaches, lemon, and oranges. Body is a yellowish orange and slightly hazed. The flavour is a beautiful balance of sweet and sour with a nice spicy citrus fruit flavor. Very delicate flavour that ends in a nice tart finish.

Enjoyed at a tasting - sweet bouquet and very very fragrant. Drank after a night of Ethiopian food so it was sort of hard to judge...

An almost perfect beer. Great example of saison. Tiny bubbles reminiscent of champagne. Wheat spritzy, yeasty spices, mild but noticeable hops. Very quenching, probably a summer beer. A dandy.

Hazy orange appearance, medium sized white head. Aroma has pepper, yeast, sweetness, citrus, licorice and bubblegum with mild alcohol, fine and strong aroma. Medium to full bodied. Sweetness, licorice and yeast in flavor, aftertaste is dominated by pepper, citrus, medium alcohol and mild sourness. Dimensional saison.

750 ml bottle, from BevMo. This saison pours hazy golden color with a large and fluffy white head that leaves luxurious lace. Nice spicy, yeasty nose with undertones of fruit and flowers. Delicious flavor, sweet and spicy, nice wheaty malts, tart with hints of lemon and pepper in the finish. Medium to full body with soft, creamy carbonation. Very nice all around.

Pours golden w/ a full sustained head. Sticky lacing w/ a full rocky canopy. Nice! Aroma is fresh and bright w/ flowery candy. Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers that create a soft cotton texture. First off this brew has a bright, crisp, and fruity charcter. It’s quite refreshing and has a defined ctrus rind componenet that quickly asserts itself and sticks like a strict teacher looking over your shoulder during class. Nicely spiced and only mildly sweet. I can taste flavors of citrus, cotton candy, clean spices, vanilla bean, peach and apple. The finish is bittered w/ citrus rind and peach pit leaving the palate dry w/ lingering spice and a refreshing sensation that directs me to drink more. Very addicting. Alcohol is well hidden.

(bottle - 33cl) Hazy orange/strawberry pour with a very thick and fizzy white head. Goes from about an inch and a half down to half an inch and stays there for a while. Aroma of yeast, malts and various grains with a gentle floral note mixed with citrus. The taste begins sweet. Sweet fruits mixed with bread followed by a grainy and slightly fruity middle and a clean and crisp finish that leaves a light hint of hops and apples on the tongue. A very good saison, and a little higher in alcohol than I expected.
