Nov 28, 2004 Pours a cloudy/hazy golden with a big bubbled yellow-tinted white head that leaves sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is very fruity, lots of citrus, corriander, spice, yeast, and some herbal floral hops. Taste has a great citrus tangerine almost sweet start, then a nice spice hits you and finishes with just a light hopped bitterness. Very light and crisp body with a very dry finish and slightly tart finish. A realy nice saison with a nice light carbonation that brings out a great variety of flavors.

May 10, 2002 Updated: Apr 13, 2004Called "Foret" in the US. I'm quite keen on this one! It's got a terrific flavor and is the best Saison, even better than Bon Voeux. Very light color. Hints of weizen flavor. Way too fizzy, though!

Forte densité des bulles. Large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût fruité et d’épices. Court arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Jul 11, 2008 Dirty straw yellow, towering head of tiny bubbles. Flowery/perfumey aroma, then yeasty/musty. Sweet straw-like malts, perfumey flavour (rosewater?), some citrus, and doughy yeast. Very nice.

Jul 10, 2006 Clear golden amber color with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of spice, with some hints of fruit. Sweet fruity flavor with a background of spice.

Jul 19, 2007 Draught. Earthy aroma. Smells of Belgian yeast and apples. Poured golden in color with a bight white head that lasted throughout. Great lacing. Cloudy. A few particles. Very faint flavor. Slight flavor of spices. Almost tastes like water. Very light body. Oily texture. Soft carbonation. Lightly sweet finish. Easy drinking. No flavor.

Apr 6, 2008 Updated: Apr 29, 2009Lovely golden pour with extra thick cap of head and even lacing. Distinctly Dupont yeast flavors: unsweetened dry citrus and zests (thinking loquat, pink grapefruit, pomelo etc); amusing astringency. Wacky as a saison should be with dry, slightly watery finish and the same kind of approachable complexity that the regular Dupont saison has. One of those great beers that you can either think about or not as the situation requires.
