Robe blonde légèrement voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche épaisse en dentelle qui persiste. Arômes légers de houblon amérisant épicé. Saveurs de levures et de houblon amérisant citronné.

Hazy gold with a thick white head. Soft, funky yeast aroma. Flavor is lightly grassy and soft. Yeasty and bready. Light citrus. Smooth and flavorful. Nice.

"Not one of my favorite brews, that is for sure. This saison pours a murky yellow color with a nice white head. The head has decent retention and decent lacing. The aroma is lightly fruity, but the spices overtake that easily. The flavor is the same. The spicey flavors come through just fine, but you really don’t get much else. I think this beer is too one dimensional. Reminds me of a weak version of Avery’s White Rascal."

Thanksgiving Dinner 2009 beer. Light colored, foamy head. Lots of spices and funkiness to go with a very dry mouthfeel. Very mild sweetness. Not a bad beer, but nothing to make me fall over with delight.

This is more like it as the first bottle I tried a awhile back produced no head at all, which I did not rate. A sunset yellow orange color with a large , lasting creamy white head. A mild version of their Dupont, they boosted the alcohol and lost most of the aroma and taste.

Dark blond beer wth a medium creamy head. Sour-fruity malty aroma and taste. Very similar to the both Moinette II. Sweet undertone with a light bitter finish.

Pours a beautiful foggy golden / orange body and a rich creamy Ivory head, One of the most attractive beers I have ever seen. The aroma is ripe with orange, lemon and tangerine zests. Very oily palate, the ideal balance of sweet and tart. Notes of yeast & wheat stand out among the black pepper and coriander; I think I am picking up suggestions of clove also. FRUITY; bundles of peach, banana, apricot, exceptionally delicious.
Damn those Belgians for creating such Amazing beers, or shall I praise them for forcing me to spend my money, that I don’t have.
Great palate, hangs silky curtains of lacing everywhere!

bottled: recommended by bartender. clear yellow haze with whitish bubbly head. nose of banana peel and jasmine flowers. flavors of spice sweetness and some malt warmness and bread. kinda of a tripel feel but i guess we could go with a saison. good.
