No real problem with it, i guess it suffred from the competition it was up against that night, but not a bad beer by any stretch. JorisPPattyn (5193), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2004 Orange colour, very effervescent to thick, slick, slightly yellow head. Nose of both freshly mowed grass and fresh malt - seaside aroma (iodium?). Dried wheat, spices (coriander, galanga root, pumpkin, paradise seed) in the taste. Very dry, just a touch of candi sugar, well-bodied. Grain-filled aftertaste. Very good beer, no doubt, but it just doesn’t reach the heights of the non-biological version. imdownthepub (5190), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

Carbonated, but in a good way, tangy, sharp, lemony but still honeyed for depth. Lasting and easy on the palate, whilst having a fungal yeasty background. Good beer indeed.
