Pours a cloudy golden color with thick frothy white head. Yeast, fruit and malt aromas. Yeast, spice and fruit flavors. Alcohol is present in the taste and has a crisp, yeasty finish.

Think this bottle has been overexposed to light, because it tastes skunked. I taste some straw and floral notes under the skunk, this is probably a very good beer, but I need to try a better bottle.

Light gold, strong white head. Hay, bit of sourness and some spices on the nose. Medium body, balanced with hints of pepper. Finishes dry, a bit bitter and very nice indeed.

2 dedos de espuma efervescente. Dorada turbia. Final amargo. Notable.

Old rating. I remember this being both sweet and herbal. Lots of yeast, some fruitiness and floral hops. Slightly grainy. Dry finish.

Very hazy yellow with thick dense head. Malty, citrusy, coriander, little tart, funk, caramel, yeast. Reminder of the saison spontaneous fermentation notes but at weaker, and overall more on the abbey blond side. AVerage carbonation. Average sweetness and bitterness.

250 ml bottle from Tanakaya. Poured into a stemmed tulip half-pint glass. Pours a deep gold almost light amber color with a modest white head that mostly dissipates but leaves a small thin coating on the beer. Aromas of wheat, yeast, pepper, arugula, nutmeg all present with some light barnyard. Taste is more of the same. Sweet on the palate with apricot and plum coming out as it warms up. The yeast flavor hangs around through giving it a bit of funkiness, but not so much. Must be a saison style yeast. Peppery, drying finish. Not as good as the Saison Dupont Biologique but still nice.

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a coudy Orange color with a rocky mousse-like white head. Aroma is of farmhouse yeast and earthy malt. Upfront, flavor is bitter lemon peel, crackers and dryish malt. Earthy barnyard character throughout. Dry bitter finish. Tasty and enjoyable.
