Dupont Foret Bottle (75cl): Golden, cloudy, frothy white head with lots of gas. Spice, estery, yeasty and fruity. Feral, funky, dirty edge. Dirty lees or reductive that in this case add to the complexity. Dry to off try palate. Low bitterness. Very fresh almost crisp probably due to high CO2. Medium weight. creamy texture with an edge. Lively carbonation. Long finish. Other than the funky edge i love the complexity and balance. Certainly old world beer with style.

[5752-20130830] 250mL bottle. Grainy bread and barbecued turkey breast aroma. Hazy, orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. More cooked turkey in the flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7/3/15-) 3.5

The organic Moinette from one of the pioneers in organic beers in Belgium. Thick yellowish white head, hazy orange blonde colour; soft malt sweetness, restrained fruitiness, mild hop bitter finish; lighter, thinner and more sweetish than the regular version but still one of the best organic beers I’ve had so far.

Bottle. Golden orange with a small white head. The aroma is spicy, citrus, yeast, coriander. The flavour begins sweet, becoming tart with flavours of orange peel, coriander, lemon, and light malt. A nice beer but not nice enough to scribe more than 40 characters.

W aromacie spora słodowość i belgijskie drożdże, brzoskwinia i winogrona, może troszkę przypraw i lekka nuta chmielowa, przyjemnie, choć klasycznie. W smaku pełne, musujące, o wyraźnej biszkoptowej słodowości z nutami brzoskwini i przypraw. Nieco miodu i winogron.

Voor mij persoonlijk de minste van de Moinette-bieren. Dan zijn de blonde en donkere beter.
