Bottle conditioned. 750ml bottle. Gold with a good lacy white head and moderate condition. Subdued honey and apple aromas with a spicy edge that has hints of woodsmoke and brett notes. Full bodied but a little cluttered in the mouth with malt, tangy apple and yeast apparent along with some chalky bitterness. Yeasty finish with some apple and long lasting yeast bite.

Nice spicy lemon-pepper aroma, fizzy opaque golden color. Earthy, grassy, anise - iron/mineral hints, fruity with a nice hop/malt balance. Finish is not as bright and clean as some saisons but definitely a nice brew.

(750ml bottle) Look out for that flying cork! Pours a huge, creamy white head and a cloudy light golden body. Nose and flavours of yeast, honey and cirtus. Very active carbonation. Tart and dry finish.

Poured a hazy orange color with a medium white head and some lacing. Aroma was spicy, lemon, some funk and yeast as well. Taste was tart of coriender, orange peel, and some spice. Some carbonation was noted in this example of a nice saison.

aroma is a little smoky, with that same belgian yeasty aroma as the other biologique line. follows with flavor that is more enjoyable than some of the others: fuller mouth-feel with dry finish

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, big fluffy head. Aroma wheat, hops and some sugar. Flavour is hops, malts, yeast and some earthy and ginsengic notes. Very weird mix, but still very refreshing.

Very nice initial hop grass and bitterness. Great mouthfeel and citric pear qualities. White pepper possibly grains of paradise and follow through spice. Clean yeasty and bitter finish.

Pour cloudy gold, large white head. Aroma of citrus and flavor of fruity dryness with some spice. Nice beer.
