Bottle. Pours a dirty blond color with a thick white head and great lacing. Nose is perfumed and estery, with loads of fruit, dominated by lemons. Flavors of citrus cream, lemon drop, lovely mid-palate bitterness, perfume. Very tasty.

Bottle. Musty, slightly skunky aroma. Hazy yellow orange body, huge white head. Fruity flavor, sweet and somewhat perfumy, along with mild spices. Pleasant mouthfeel. Not bad, not great.

33cl bottle at Restobieres restaurant in Brussels (highly recommended). A hazy pale orange beer with a small sized white head providing good lacing. The nose is spicy and grainy with hints of coriander leaves. The taste is fruity malts (citrus oranges mainly) with peppery spices and subtle coriander. It finishes with an alcoholic warmth and a nice dry tartness that lingers. The restrained sweetness is a real asset in my opinion. Full bodied with a lively mouthfeel. An excellent strong blond ale.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a white head and lots of floaties. Aroma is a little spicy with some floral notes. Flavor is a little peppery with some spice and little watery. Finish is a little sour. This is just ok nothing really great from a good brewer.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow, with a fluffy white head. Strong grassy aroma, with some sweet mint and basil in there, some spicy yeast, as well as some tropical fruit, and even a hint of banana. Very grassy flavor as expected from the aroma, and from dupont. Otherwise, flavor compliments the aroma well with subtle fruitiness, mild hints of mint and basil, strong yeast, and pronounced apricot/banana towards the finish. Palate is slick, full, grassy, and very fruity. Don’t know that I’d call this a tripel, more like a saison, but fantastic none the less.

Pours a really cloudy golden yellow, with pieces of dark sediment floating all around it. White looking head is not really thick, but this wasn’t poured into the proper looking glass. Yeast, spice, banana, and other fruits in the aroma. As for the taste, I will start from the back. The aftertaste is the most memorable part of the beer. It is strong and sticks around for a while. Apart from that there are Belgian hops, fruity flavors, and very little notes of alcohol. I didn’t have a full bottle just a sample from one of my friends so I didn’t get the full experience of this beer.

Colore arancio chiaro.Schiuma cremosa e compatta, buona persistenza. Estremamente complesso e ricco l’aroma, note di spezie, di caramello, molto floreale con sentori di cantina. Gusto pungente, deciso e potente. In bocca è molto densa con piacevoli aromi di uva chiara e erbe aromatiche.Finale alcoolico e lungo. Molto buona.
