Bottle. It smells fruity-sour, citrus and some yeast. The white milky head is small with a long duration. The body is cloudy, lively and muddy. The taste is fruity and also bitter, a little bit too bitter for my taste. The carbonation is normal, the body is light to medium and dry-creamy.

Pours a chunky apricot-orange with a small white head. Aroma is of a traditional tripel: Spice, coriander, light fruit, slightly floral. Flavor repeats, but a little heavier now on the floral flavor, and the hops become apparent now too. Medium mouthfeel and viscosity. Bitter, sticky finish. Low carbonation. Overall, good to very good.

Beautiful golden honey color with amber overtones. Nice white foamy head with excellent retention and some very good lacing. Honey butter on yeasty rolls. Clove and other spices. Almost smells like a cinnamon roll. Hints of banana. Sweet malt notes. Citrus smells. Light sweet citrusy flavor mixed with honey. Light malt notes. Little pepperey spice. An unexpected hop kick. Minimal detection of alcohol. Very nice and creamy smooth. Like it should be. The spiciness drops the drinkability a point. I can just feel that this one would be a heartburn monster, when consuming multiple bottles. (No, I don’t get heartburn easily, or frequently, for that matter.)

Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy golden beer with a nice white head. Strong, fantastic inviting hoppy aroma with hints of pepper, melon, leather, vanilla, blackberry, coriander and a lot of yeast. There is a nice bite to this beer. Good lacework. Relatively strong bitterness. Subtle carbonation. Complex, vinous and fruity. Great hop profile. Peppery on the swallow. Long dry finish which is reminiscent of clove and coriander. A sublime beer.

Bottled 330ml. -at Gollem de Pijp, Amsterdam. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, lots of yeasty sediment floating in my glass. Malty, very fruity and spicy with notes of alcohol and vanilla sticks. Sourish finish. Complex brew.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml, aged 6ys. Slightly hazy orange gold with white head. Spicy, fruity beer with quite a smooth body. Touches of clove and coriander in a honeyed but not oversweet beer and hints of strawberry, pineapple on the fruity side. Non of this is overwhelming, the honeyed note develops to a toffee, caramel type flavour in the close. Pretty reasonable.

750mL bottle split two ways - pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white head. Great body, with yeast, mild spice and great hoppy flavour. An excellent tripel.

Hazy golden body with a medium off white head. Spot lacing. Good body to this beer but a bit too much on the citric side for me. Yeasty flavor was good with notes of spice and tons of lemon peel. Good hoppy flavor. Just not my favorite but still a good beer.
