Jun 8, 2008 Bottle 0.33 l from Achel Kluis BBE 09/08. Hazy orangy hay, thick white head. Yeasty, citrus barnyard nose. Very rural and interesting, big. Flavor is malty, slightly citric sour with yeast and hoppiness. Spicy, fruity and flavorful. Very good and complex. One the best of it’s style.

Amertûme inense à la finale, mais très intéressante. Forte gazéification, avec une importante mouss qui disparaît tranquillement. Le goût classique des bonnes bières belges. :)

Jun 4, 2008 A bit hazy, yellow/orange colored beer, with a beautiful, white creamy head. The aroma is, I think, typical Dupont, dry, grainy, warming with some fruites, like bananas. The taste is a little bitter, hoppy, vanilla and spices. Not to much alcohol. A very good complex triple.

May 30, 2008 Pours a bright yellow-gold with fast rising Champagne-like bubbles that feed a thick white head. Aroma is citrus, spice and bread dough. Interesting mix of flavors including sweet candy, sour grapes, and a noticably dry bitterness in the back. Strange, but quite good.

May 30, 2008 Bottle from Rivers Bend. Poured hazy orange color with an average frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Complex spicy fruit and yeasty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium fruity balanced flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate to long duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a refreshing standout beer.
