A bit hazy, yellow/orange colored beer, with a beautiful, white creamy head. The aroma is, I think, typical Dupont, dry, grainy, warming with some fruites, like bananas. The taste is a little bitter, hoppy, vanilla and spices. Not to much alcohol. A very good complex triple.

Pours a bright yellow-gold with fast rising Champagne-like bubbles that feed a thick white head. Aroma is citrus, spice and bread dough. Interesting mix of flavors including sweet candy, sour grapes, and a noticably dry bitterness in the back. Strange, but quite good.

Bottle from Rivers Bend. Poured hazy orange color with an average frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Complex spicy fruit and yeasty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium fruity balanced flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate to long duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a refreshing standout beer.

I love this beer, dry, crisp yet effervescent. One of my favorite beers! Two thumbs up to Duponts "Super Saison"

Golden body with a decent white head. Soft spice on the nose a well as some yeast and a little bit of melon. Taste shows the spice again, no hot alcohol, but seems to fall away a tad.

Pous a golden orange with a thin white bubblie head. Aroma is light, yeast and spice. Taste is spicy, corrinador, citrus fruit. Nice carbination A very solid tripel.

Flaske.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Royal Liquors in Kansas City, Missouri. 2.008 stamped on the cork. Pour is cloudy yellow light golden with a nice white head. Nice lacing as it falls. Aroma is initially pretty skunky, when that clears, a really nice delicate mineral earthiness, with a spicy floral yeastiness. The wheat malt body firmly anchors the base of the nose. Taste is initially big clove, floral spice, then a great earthy yeastiness brightens up the middle. Finish is honey sweetness, earthy and more of the mineral. Palate is medium, very dry and flinty, thirst quenching. Alcohol peaks through just a touch in the finish, though doesn’t detract much. Nice. (9,4,8,4,16 - 4.1)

750 bottle, 2006 Vintage, provided by after4ever. Pour is cloudy cheddar cheese orange with a 1 inch white head. Aroma of soft floral, a bit hoppy, sweet wheat and malt. Taste is really soft, very much a full wheat, yeast and floral experience. Some black pepper spice in the finish. Really nice full palate that wasn’t too big for the delicate floral and spice. This one was nice. Thanks for sharing Tom. (8,5,8,4,16 - 4.1)
