Left nice sheets of lacing in my Affligem glass. Aroma of orange zest and yeast, spicy and a little bready. Flavour is of citrusy slight herbal hop, yeast, and some spicy alcohol notes with malt fruitiness (peach and pear?). Moderate bitterness, dry finish. Aroma of lemon, grain, bread, spice, and fruit. Flavors of lemon zest, banana, bread, spice, and some sweet fruity notes. A bit of alcohol comes through. Another tasty brew from dupont.
