330 ml bottle. Ever so slightly cloudy gold with a rocky, brilliant white head. Powerful aromas of yeast, herbs, bananas and hay. Flavours of yeast, coriander and hops with a touch of sweetness in the finish. A great beer.

0,33 bottle. Cloudy dark yellow. Medium body with medium carbonation. Flavor is really nice complex mix, some spices, some fruits and hops. A bit bitter end. Really nice composition. As I prefer dark Belgian beers, this blond makes it’s way.

Cloudy golden body, dense head, good lacing. Spicy, bready aroma with some vanilla and honey. Bready & grainy taste with sweet notes, not unlike a regular tripel, but some with nice spicy & tangy notes, DuPont-style. Interesting yeast profile. Very good complexity. Quite heavy on the carbonation. Nice.

33 cl bottle. Aroma of citrus, yeast and spice. Hazy golden color with a white head that laces. Thick mouthfeel. Definite pepper following malt. Almost creamy. Pretty dry finish, and there’s enough hop to make it right. Very nice, balanced, if that’s a word to use with a Tripel. Yum.

750ml 2yrs old. Pours cloudygolden with a thick rocky lasting white head. Dusty yeast aroma, fruity, black pepper. Sweet yeasty spiciness in the flavour, honeysuckle, pepper. Deliciously complex especially after the yeast pour. Yumm! Can DuPont do no wrong?
