Bready & grainy taste with sweet notes, not unlike a regular tripel, but some with nice spicy & tangy notes, DuPont-style. Interesting yeast profile. Very good complexity. Dusty yeast aroma, fruity, black pepper. Sweet yeasty spiciness in the flavour, honeysuckle, pepper. Deliciously complex especially after the yeast pour. Yumm! Can DuPont do no wrong?
