Poured a cloudy golden straw color with a nice white head. Aroma was a nice mixture of grassy citrus notes and spices with yeast and a touch of alcohol. The alcohol becoming more noticeable as it warmed. Malts and yeast were up front, so was the spices followed in the flavor by the alcohol and slight citrus notes. The finish was soapy and nicely bitter, with the alcohol coming through more on the end. Body had a nice feel with maybe a little too much carbonation. A great way to end a day.

Bottle. Beautiful high white lasting head. Hazy yellow body witha good deal of yeast sediments. Sweet fruity aroma with an edge of alcohol. Dry malt flavor with notes of soap and alcohol. Not the expected fruityness.

A very dry beer. it has a slight spicy, mildly fruity taste. The malts make a slight soapy taste, yet its still gives off a pleasant tasting experience.

The bottle was labeled just Moinette so I am not sure if this is the right place to rate. The aroma is yeasty, citrusy, and malty in an adjunct corn kind of way. The appearance is hazy amber gold with a large foamy head. The flavor is soapy with all the elements from the aroma. The palate is typical of a Belgian with a bitter aftertaste. Overall it’s quality but not tasty or easy to drink.

330 ml looks like a stamp date of 10/1005b/1. Aroma of sour fruit, yeast and toast, Hazy gold body with white head a what looked like a lump of brown sugar from bottom of bottle. Head stayed with beer and had some floaters that were active. Sour yeasty fruity with some alcohol presence in the flavor. Left an aftertaste of toasted bread on the palate. Intriging beer.

750 mil bottle was $8.85 at m¥ local Northcoast Coop here in Eureka, CA. Poured hazy gold with a fat white head and good lacing. Big nose of fruit, hops, malts, and herbs. Nice greasy mouthfeel and flavors to match the nose. Good finish and a good brew.
