| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 28, 2005 Excellent pour, a hazy gold with a large, rocky, and well sustained head. The aroma has a citric tartness, yeasty with a light bready malt. The flavor is slightly sour with light fruits (not citrus) and a light alcohol burn. That burn re-arises in the blood after the tart and somewhat bitter finish. Not great, but quite enjoyable.
