Slightly cloudy, golden with fluffy head and nice lace. Nose is yeasty, lemony, bready, herbal, farmy and hints of peppery spices. Medium bodied, lush feel, grainy malts, alcohol is evident, somewhat acidic/tart, peppery and yeasty. Wish the sweetness of the malts were a little more developed, would have balanced this badboy out. Good brew but the fact its a triple throws me, more a saison?

A hazy honey color with medium off-white head. Oatmeal & lemon peel, cardomon, yeast, cotton candy. An odd (but tasty) combination of malty sweetness and herbal bitterness with a touch of sour thrown in the middle and a peppercorn follow. Alcohol in the aftertaste. Very nice. The BA Speedway Stout didn’t make it for the New Years/ my #500 but this isn’t a bad choice to mark the occasion with! As of about 10 seconds ago, Happy 2005 Ratebeer!

Bottled. A slightly hazy golden coloured beer with a nice long lasting white head. The aroma is big of peppery spices, wheat and yeasty alcohol. The taste also has tons of spices, again a real peppery feel shines through. There are also lemon notes. The beer is somewhat thin for its ABV.

750 ml bottle - Whole Foods, 750 ml. Pours a dark golden color with an extremely thick fluffy white head. Thick, sticky white lacing. Aroma of fresh mown grass and lemon, very fresh. Somewhat of a sour taste with coriander notes and a zesty lemony back end to even it out. Some slight doughy notes as well. Mouthfeel is slightly spritzy. Overall decent.

Celebration November 2004 at CapFlu’s place. Murky orange-yellow in colour. Aroma of light yeast, pepper, musty, some spices. Flavour was yeasty, rather spicy, peppery, floral, cookie malts. High carbonation and medium body. Finishes with a medium bitterness. Very nice. Thanks for bringing this beer tiggmtl.

A nice orange-amber tinge to this Blonde bombshell. Laced the glass nicely after the big initial cap blew off leaving just a thin head of hair. A little malty and perhaps some spice too. Alcohol and hops evident, with bready citric tones too. Medium-full mouthfeel and a nice effervescence. Enjoyed but not loved this one.

Crisp malts and sweet spices in the aroma. Opaque yellow-tan with decent off-white head that recedes to nice cover with some lacing and clouds of suspended yeast. Dough-like yeast flavours with crisp, toasty malts and citrus-lemon notes and light spicy finish. Medium body with very full mouth and sparkling carbonation. Bottle enjoyed with beerhugger, CapFlu, DumDum, muzzlehatch, radiomb and Rastacouere.
