Aroma of yeast, hops, florals, like a good Belgian does. Taste is of yeast, orange peel, alcohol, and a little sweetness. Leaves a nice lacing on the glass. BVery (461), Burnsville, Minnesota, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Cloudy, bright yellow-golden color with little to no head. Nice sour flavors with hints of citrus and spice. A bit thin in the palate, with a bitter aftertaste. This is a very interesting ale and definitely worth a try. donfardz64 (419), Wellington, New Zealand
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 10, 2009 750mL bottle from Regional. Pours cloudy deep golden, big frothy white head, very pretty.
Potent coriander & citrus aromas, mingling with a smooth caramel malt base with a hint of spice. Very nice aroma.
Flavour is also full of strong herbaceous coriander, a crisp hop bitterness, the malt shows through slightly with some caramel, alcohol pops up at the end.
Finish is astringent and bitter, herbs last for a while.
Very nice Tripel.
