Pours a hazy yellow colour with a small, thick, white head. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and yeast. Flavour of caramel, citrus, floral hops, yeast and some mild stinging spices. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel and a long, bitter, fruity finish. Very refreshing and highly drinkable. Reminds me of their Biologique.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 taphandle (988) - Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Hazy, dark yellow, white head. Aroma and taste have light spices and the finish is very clean. This would be a really good Belgian to give to someone new to the style.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Elwood (1834) - Between a rock and a hard place, Virginia, USA - MAY 28, 2011
Serving: 750 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy gold color with a large, foamy, white head. The nose is perfumy with notes of yeast, lemon, and other fruits. The flavor has notes of yeast, white pepper, florals, lemon rind, and perhaps a little bit of apple. Light in body with with high carbonation leading to a medium to long, bitter finish. It struck me as closer to a saison (minus the ABV) but it was quite good.
