Bottle in White Horse. Colour is beautiful cloudy amber, lots of lacing and a white foamy head. Nose is white sugar, apple, meringue, farmyard. Taste is sweet, yeasty, white sugar, meringues, apples, and still a bit of farmyard. Light, perfect balance and delicately sweet. Another hit from Brasserie Dupont.

Fruity and yeasty belgian blond beer, with that nice dry body all Dupont beers have. Like a marriage between a saison and a blonde. Good one.

AROMA: dough, cereal, hints of Tripel APPEARANCE: golden, clear, minimal head, white foam, TASTE: light sweetness, very bitter, PALATE: medium body, thin feel, OVERALL: very crisp and refreshing, slightly too bitter aftertaste, lacks character in aromas.

---Rated via Beer Buddy by Sátyro

I think its a sipping Saison in disguise. Pours a hazy golden peachy hue with a big off white head. Green apple aroma mixed with the the barnyard funk youd expect from a unfiltered Farmhouse-style. Sweet initially on the palate moving towards a drier, fruitier finish at the end. A bit peppery and carbonated the whole way trough the experience. Very good stuff. At 8.5% it should be a sipper, but I cant wait for the next drink.

Nice looking gold beer with a small white head. Nice aroma with spice, florals, bit of orange. Also some banana and bubble gum in there. Palate is medium bodied with a slick feel. Moderate sweetness dominates in the taste. Not as full-tasting a beer as I expected. Hides the big alcohol well though.

On tap @ 38 Degrees. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Spicy clove and coriander aromas. Some banana bread, grass, and mild floral aromas. Nice doughy smell, too. Flavor is lightly sweet with banana, apple, dough, and bready malt. Nice pear, white pepper, and spicy clove. Very light grass bitterness on the finish. Noms.
