Cloudy golden with a fluffy white head. Spicy yeast aroma, with undertones of lemon, peach and vanilla. Lightly astringent flavour, with some nice tart citrus notes, also quite bitter and fruity. I should have liked this more, but I couldn’t help feeling that something was missing.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden, slightly orange with fluffy white head. Big yeast, citrus fruitiness and medium strong spices. Light metallic (mostly in the smell). Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body with sharp prickly average strong carbonation. Bit malty feel. Bittersweet yeasty finish. -- Turns out the metallic notes evaporate after a while. Becomes more sweet, floral and soft in the mouthfeel. Adjusting my rating accordingly.

Gott!

330ml bottle, sat outside a neighbourhood bar, on Rue Haute, Brussels. It’s very warm, and a little humid, and this beer is really, really cold. It’s already a winner. Peachy gold. Whipped egg white head. Nose has sweet yeast. Bready malts. Soft, grassy, hop. Taste is sweet and bready, first off, getting fairly punchy bitter. Soft, massaging mouthfeel. Medium body. Finishes a nice balance of yeasty sweet and grassy bitter. Super easy drinking at the ABV.

Light orange colour, hazy. Big fluffy white head, good enough retention and lacing. Sweet nose with rich ripe fruit (orange, apricot, pear), sugar and a hint of earthiness/yeast. Taste brings the same notes plus maybe a hint of honey. It’s on the sweet side as expected from the nose, but nicely balanced by a delicate herbal/grassy finish, though not too dry. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium body, dense carbonation, fruity aftertaste. Nice *(This was a year and half old so it may have lost a bit of hop punch).

Yummy Belgian strong ale. Dupont comes through again with a hoppy, full flavored ale.

BOTTLE at 100 Beri, Bucharest. Spicy and very citrusy, tangerine, witbier-like fruitiness, maybe too perfumey, a good deal of band aid. The taste is also fruity with quite a harsh hot phenolic spiciness. Kinda harsh.

Sweet, caramel aroma. Malty, caramel, some floral notes. Mild hopy and yeast, banana notes, caramel, well ballanced and decent brew.
