Labeled only as Moinette. 750ML corked bottle: Pours a hazy light orange with tons of particles. Huge white head with super small bubbles that stick around so long I’m tempted to call them friends. Musty yeasty spicy clove light fruit aroma. Starts lightly sweet, ends lightly bitter. Medium bodied with ample carbonation

Pours a very clear gold color. It is well carbonated and the bubbles that dance through my beer support a thick off-white head. The nose is spicy and aromatic with notes of grass, grain, alcohol, lemon, and coriander. The taste is lightly sweet up front, and is followed by a sharp astringency and a bitterness in the finish. This beer is medium-light on the palate. There is some spiciness her, though it is not as complex as the Saison Dupont. My tongue picks up a certain lemony acidity that makes this beer quite refreshing. There is a nice fruity yeast character, and some simple straight-forward malted grain notes. This beer picks up more sweetness in the finish as it warms up and loses its carbonation. Overall this is quite a tasty brew, though I must admit that I prefer the Saison Dupont.

A nice surprise with this one. A light, sweet citrus flavor tckles the tongue and relaxes the taste buds. One to savor.

BCA. Fruity (bananas?), spicy, vanilla nose. Noticeable alcohol and a bitter astringent body which while not unpleasant reduced my enjoyment somewhat.

Cloudy Dark Apricot Coloring with White Head. Spice and Fruit Notes On the Nose...Dry Rich Citrus Taste and Feel to it...Some Spice on the Tongue, Banana. An Enjoyable Tripel, but Taste Seemed a bit Cluttered, Instead of a Smooth Balance of Flavors.. Worth Trying and Storing Some Bottles.

Hazy orange color with some floating sediments. Small layer of a head leaving some little traces on the glass. Medium intense dough and vanilla nose. Melon, yeast and vanilla taste with a nice fruity finish.

Nice bold golden body. Good white soupy head is less exuberant than many similar Belgians and it fades incompletely, but it has exellent lacing. Good fruitiness, mild spiciness, good crisp maltiness. Slightly bitter finish lingers.

Not really a bad offering, but the skunky nose turned me off. Opaque lighjt orange, large lasting white head.Skunky yeasty nose. Effervescant spicy yeasty palate, good malt sweetness and a long bitter hop finish. Relatively complex.
