Hazy yellow peachy gold hue, with a rocky foamy white head, nice nose of citrus fruits notes, like grapefruit, good yeasty and floral aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a zesty citrusy character, with some green apples and lemons fruitiness flavors, with a floral hops accent, and a leafy note, good carbonation, a nice complexity, with an alcoholic content well hidden, leading towards a floral hops bittering finish. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Straw-gold with thick, creamed foam head and lots of suspended particles. Funky yeast and German hops make an impression on the nostrils. Smooth beery, Belgian character with slight skunkiness and German hops detectable on the palate. Would make for a better crusty, beer & cheese soup rather than as a stand alone beer. Terminus (1955), Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 22, 2005 330ml bottle-Well, im entering this beer as the Blonde even though the bottle just said "moinette" and smelled like a banyard. pours a hazy orange hue with tons of carbonation and a huge fluffy head. aroma of banyard, horseblanket bigtime with subtle honey and cirtic tones and alot of spices (corriander, ginger). lots of brett in this beer as well to give it that funk. Lots of disty esters begin the flavors followed by nice subtle spice nots of corriander and honey. This is a pretty complex beer that i would definately try again knowning exactly what it is the next time.
