Bottled (BB 07/2007)
Hazy golden, huge white creamy head, lace. Strange aroma of yeast, grassy hops and boiled vegetables. Good crisp hoppy, lemony blonde flavor but also some vegetables. I wonder if this is characteristic to this brew. Dissapointing, but gets better when all yeast is poured.

Bottle, 33cl. A mostly clear, golden beer topped by a fine, off-white head. Some very small floaties. Yeasty, fruity nose with pale malts and a good spiced touch. Some cellar and a nice hoppyness too. Wheaty, spiced and sugary-sweet flavor. Some cellar, and a really good hoppyness too. Not overly bitter. Good bitterness in the finish, but also a warming touch from the alcohol, some spiced notes I guess is from the yeast, and lots of sugary sweetness. Full-bodied and effervescent. Overall, a really nice beer that would benefit from less sugar. 100423

Good soft and creamish mouthfeel. The flavour has a good sweetness, yeast, wheat, fruits, citrus, herbs and hops. Dry fruity bitter finish. Very tasty brew indeed.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 thewolf (8245) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAR 30, 2008
Bottle, bought @ Vinspecialisten, Kolding.
Pours a nice, almost clear golden yellow. A super-great, creamy white head on top. Good lacing and good duration. Aroma is sweet, lightly spiced (some coriander), biscuits, frugt (oranges) and yeast. Medium carbonation - quite creamy. Flavour is initially a bit vinious and kinda dry. A light peppery edge (Dupont makes too many Saisons :o) ), some coriander and vanilla. Otherwise lots of the usual exotic fruits, oranges, pineapple and peach mixed with well-balanced yeastiness.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2008 Hazy golden with a big and looong lasting white head. Fruity yeast aroma with bubblegum and pineapple. Dry and fruity with some bitterness, leading to a peppery finish and a hop aftertaste. Excellent.
