Another great beer from the fantastic Dupont Brasserie. This is really sparkling and fruity. Dry and sweet. A great, great trpel.

Nice blond beer, not sweet at all like Leffe. Good golden colour, steady head from draught. Smell really fresh but malty too. Taste really refreshing, malty, citruszest. Good bitters in the aftertaste.

Very intense aroma of yeast, spices and fruit (oranges and bananas). Hazy, orange-yellow coloured with a lasting, white frothy head. Taste differs much from the aroma. Initial round and sticky taste. Malty (roasted coffee malts), fruity (lemon/citrus), yeast and hopbitterness combined with some light sourness in the finish. Dry palate. Quite an interesting and decent brew.

It is a beer with a yellow/orange colour and a persistent foam. The taste is a little bit acid (lemon and orange traces) with a strong hoppy finish. A really particular beer, very good.

33 cL bottle, snifter. Caramel, cookie, bread, cereal malt (M); lemon, flowers, grass hops (M); dough, leather yeast (L); clove, peach, pineapple, cherry, anise, pepper aromas. Beautiful, billowing, creamy, tight, white head that is well lasting, clings to the glass and sits on a deep golden body. Heavily sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: a classy and nuanced beer that could have easily fooled me into believing it was a Saison.

Draught at Caves Dupont, the brewery tap, cloudy gold with a large think pure white head, which is bubbly on top. A strong yeasty aroma with hints of stewed fruits. In the mouth, it is all about the palate rather than the flavour. Very complex, sweet (like honey) and light at first, then dry, firey and peppery in the finish. Very good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with particles throughout and a good layer of white head. Aroma is yeast and light sugars. Flavor is yeasty and malts. Citrus notes are present but mild. A clean standard blond.
