(33cl bottle, thankfully received from bierkoning) Hazy, golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Dusty, moderately sweet malty, citrus-fruity aroma with a well-rounded peppery spicy and light herbal hoppy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full body with a pleasant, crispy carbonation. Well-balanced malty, citrus-fruity and yeasty taste with coriander-spice; dry, slightly bitter finish with a warming alcoholic touch. Well-rounded, strong and spicy brew.

750 ml bottle. Hazy ornage yellow with a very fluffy head that lasted forever. Nice lacing all the way down. Fruity aromas. Citrus, lemon zest, maybe a touch of skunk. Flavors were still fruity with more of a malty background and a slight alcohol flavor. Some pepper and mild bitterness. Very tasty

The description on my bottle matches that of the brune, but mine looks more like a tripel, so I’m going with this one. 330mL bottle. Pours a light amber, cloudy with a few dark floaties and a big white frothy head. Aroma of bananas, bubblegum some spiciness and yeast. Can taste a little alcohol with more of the same. Very mild bitterness. I did like this one, thanks to the guy @ John’s Grocery (dunno his name) for this one.

Nice golden yellow pour with a thick white head. Smelled rich with citris, fruit, light spices..well balanced. The taste was solid with definite sweet malt and pears to it. Could also taste some caramel towards the finish which was dry and lasting. Found it a bit over carbontaed at first but after about ten minutes it drank very well and is a very good brew.

25.4 oz bottle. Hazed pale orange with a thin white head. Nose is dough and lemon zest that opens up to a wonderful spicy orange honey. Crisp, almost sparkling, carb. A bit oily but still substantial. Taste is apple, pear and yeast. Just right; a perfect brew for a warm afternoon.

Sampled blind at "Better Know a Style: Abbey Tripel". Pours clear golden with a smooth white head. Aroma is yeasty citrusy with dry funk all over. Citrus, caramel, yeast funk flavors. Sweet but dry finish. Very saison like. This was a great beer to break up those heavy alcoholic sweet trippels. This tied for second place for the night (for me at least) out of the 26 tripels. Tasty beer.
