This beer poured a dark golden and slightly cloudy with a big, fat head and nice lacing. The mouth feel is nicely viscous and slightly slippery in the finish. Aromas include hops, straw, toasty grain, grapefruit, herbs and chamomile and a faint hint of cellar. The flavor starts of sweetly and fades into a long, moderately bitter finsh. A very rustic and interesting beer.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderately sweet, highly alcoholic, citrus.

06 bottle. Pour is a hazy gold with with yeast floaters. Nice creamy white head. Aroma of lemon, grain, bread, spice, and fruit. Flavors of lemon zest, banana, bread, spice, and some sweet fruity notes. A bit of alcohol comes through. Another tasty brew from dupont.

Bottle. Cloudy golden in appearance -- handsome. A pleasant, fresh tripel with flavors of citrus and spice. Agreed with other reviewers that banana flavors were in the mix. Surely would be rated higher if I could get it on draft. As is, a nice tripel but didn’t find it better particularly than several other Belgian tripels.

Appearance: golden color. Medium head, airy and white. Aroma: grains; medium and lasting hop’s smells some mentholated and slight eucalyptus touch. Aromatic fruity reminiscences like peel-oranges, papayas and peaches. Aroma: pale malts start, light citric and herbal touches from hops and slightly mentholated touch. Fruit’s reminiscences similar to tangerines, oranges and inclusive papayas. Malts and alcoholic aftertaste. Palate: medium body and velvet texture. Medium carbonated. Very nice herbal-citric hoppy and alcoholic level.

Maybe someday my dreams will come true and I will be in the employ of Brasserie Dupont. Poured a golden straw color, with thick foamy white head. Aroma includes yeast, sweet malt, and citrus. Citrus also present in the flavor. Light to medium in body. A nice one to guzzle, in a sophisticated way of course.

Hazy orange pour with nice white froth. Aroma is tart oranges, lemon, and woody hollow. Flavor is tart dry attenuated but delectable. Lots of citrus again with loads of spice. Palate is bubbly like champagne and dry in the finish. Quite good.

Pours hazy orange golden color with white head. Aromas of bread dough, malt and some spices. Flavor is doughy and sweet with slight hoppiness and bananas. Medium body with lively carbonation. A decent tripel.
