The mouth feel is nicely viscous and slightly slippery in the finish. Aromas include hops, straw, toasty grain, grapefruit, herbs and chamomile and a faint hint of cellar. The flavor starts of sweetly and fades into a long, moderately bitter finsh. A very rustic and interesting beer. oldrtybastrd (1846), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

A pleasant, fresh tripel with flavors of citrus and spice. Agreed with other reviewers that banana flavors were in the mix. Surely would be rated higher if I could get it on draft. As is, a nice tripel but didn’t find it better particularly than several other Belgian tripels. davidpl (435), Santiago, Chile

Poured a golden straw color, with thick foamy white head. Aroma includes yeast, sweet malt, and citrus. Citrus also present in the flavor. Light to medium in body. A nice one to guzzle, in a sophisticated way of course. oteyj (822), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA
