[4900-20121027] Cask. Celery aroma has a hint of pepper. Hazy, light orange body with a quick bubbly head. Peppery lemon celery flavour has a bit of a tangerine hops finish. Medium body. Nice blend of things going on. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

Cask days 2012. Hazy golden pour, small white head. Grassy, citrus aroma, wet paper, and subtle tropical fruit. Light peppery flavor, light yeast. A touch of tart funk, and a soft grassy, citrus finish.

October 27, 2012 - 8th Annual Volo Cask Days. Hazy amber-gold with an average bubbly off-white head. Aroma and flavour are mostly grassy bitterness, light fruity malt, quite spicy with sharp lemon zest tanginess. Light-bodied, so-so cask carbonation, a bit soft on the palate but it has a decent bitterness to it and finishes reasonably crisp for cask and quite clean - nice, could be a bit yeastier, but at least it wasn’t overly sweet.

2012-10-27. Hazy dark pastel yellow-orange body, small off-white head. 3+ Pleasant aroma, nice fruity citrus followed by a less awesome second waver that has a perfumy quality to it. Flavour has similar fruity, sort of tart tangy fruit, orange, almost lightly sour. 7+ Decent. average to light bodied palate, this would be better on tap. Enjoyable. Pale gold. Cloudy. Bright citrus and spice. A little bit herbal. Zesty and spicy with a nice freshness. Sort of tart on the palate. A touch of soft peppery character on the finish. Nice
