Muddy pale blond color. The aroma for a Weizen leans on the spicy side. Medium body, quite dry mouthfeel, spicy wheat flavor; short final. Not bad, but not the Weizen that will make me change my mind.

Bottle, labeled "Classic Weizen." Deep, amber golden color. Very cloudy, with a tall, frothy head. Rich wheat malt aroma, citrus, biscuits. Banana and clove are faint but there. Rich malty flavor, biscuits, cinnamon, banana, a touch of sour. Rather reminiscent of a gingerbread man. Spicy, sweet, biscuity. Very interesting and original. Seems like it might actually be the original Biscuit Weizen praised by Michael Jackson.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy yellow body. Lovely banana apple aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste.

Botella, thanks a lot Tim! Cloudy orange colour with a medium white creamy head. Nice fruity banana wheat aroma with some caramel. Quite good mouthfeel. Pleasant fruity wheat flavour, bit sweet. Dry wheat pleasant sweetish finish.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Faeroeviking. Pours hazy dark orange with a huge white head. Dry estery and slight phenolic aroma. Fruity, estery dry and wheaty flavoured. Dry wheaty flavoured finish.

Hazy amber with a huge white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and and banana notes. Sweet flavour with yeasty, wheaty and banana notes. Finished sweet.

cloudy yellow, small smooth white head. dry peacy, fruity aroma. a little on the sweet side. flavor is dry, lots of wheat, not much bitterness, ends wheaty. very much wheat in the flavor, but not much else.

Classic Weizen. Bottle brought back by TimE. Lightly cloudy dark yellow. Fair froth. very nice aroma; biscuity toasted banana scent. Flavour is very biscuity. A hint of sourness. Steady banana notes.

i I had this part of large tasting and this beer was amongst the best three had had that day, A very interesting Hefe not over the top bananna and cloves. Only 144 of Michael Jackosn’s 500 Classic beers to go. Thanks Tim for this beer.
