Cask@Angleterre, Helsinki. Reddish orange colour with a small creamy head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, some sweet fruity and raisiny notes along with mild resin. Flavour is quite much the same. Even though being quite sweet it’s also got a nice bitterness to it.

(Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki, 20110325) The beer poured copper coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had toffee, malts and home brew. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, toffee, fruitiness, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty. The beer was quite weak in taste and the home brew like aroma wasn’t so pleasing either.

Cask (Angleterre, Helsinki)
Rich red, small tight head. Sweet caramel aroma. Simple malty palate - too sweet. Taste has a touch of apple. Where’s the beer? Too sweet.

Cask, The Crown, Nuneaton. Orange amber not quite dropping. Again dried vine fruit and dusty Everard’s-like aroma. Brew XI- type scoop of vanilla, sultana, meek apple fruit, soggy dunked biscuit. Very slick and honeyish. Crumb of Twiglet on the burp. Nothing to really offend or excite.
