Rcr84 (29), Canada Aug 4, 2007 Tried this and carling in the same night.... i really think they are the exact same beer. Watery corn flavor very boring. Much rather spend more for a enjoyable beer.
Kugard (1), , Ontario, Canada does not count Jul 2, 2008 This beer is cheap. Not only is it cheap but, unless you are a snobbish beer drinker, its a nice drink aswell. Goes down easy. The taste is not bad at all. Some people complain about the "breaded" taste, some have called it a "Burnt corn" taste... I like it. Maybe I’m alone on that but, I think it is a very natural, smooth taste that I find quite agreeable. It sits very well in large quantities. Young people, with a tight budget, will enjoy this beer. SaskLoon (2), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada does not count Apr 5, 2008 This beer is a must in Saskatchewan and is a favorite of mine in the draught style. This beer does not give the consumer and hangover when several are consumed.
Enjoy! superdude1979 (26), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Dec 2, 2007 Not a horrible beer, better as draft than in the bottle. Canada is flooded with beers like this that people buy just because they have been drinking it forever. When it’s cold it is okay, when it is warm it is very watery. Had this in a bottle, which was slightly better than it was in a can, so I felt it deserved a slight upgrade from before. Still terrible beer. Watery, burnt corn taste. Doesn’t have a "refreshing" Caribbean taste, so I’m not sure what makes this bohemian... ugh. matt7215 (539), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Sep 17, 2007 341 bottle. standard pale lager with slightly more to offer then most buck a beers. id never turn one down so long as its free.
