COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Using crystal clear water, the finest hops, and Canadian grown malted barley, the Molson Brewmasters slowly ferment each brew to be lighter in alcohol and taste while retaining a slightly fruity aroma and a clean crisp taste.

Uh...after hockey beer stolen to take home to analyze. Here goes. It was always poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a super light yellow color with a quickly dissipating less than a one finger white foamy head. The lacing that was there quickly slid into the beer. The smell had a slight cooked corn/roasted/burnt rice about it. The taste, basically had the same flavoring. The palate, well, it sat fairly light with a decent sessionable quality about it. Overall, well, its an AAL/pale lager. Worthy of having again? Uh...maybe, but not really one to seek out for the post part.

It’s ok I suppose, if you want a light beer. Average color and taste. Heavy for a light beer. The regular is much better.

Can at the in-laws. Pale yellow, small white head. Watery grass and grains, metallic lager tones. Generally yuck.

pours very light gold, lots of carbonation, minimal head. light whisp of malt, generally sweet with a quick flash of bitterness on an abrupt finish. very light body.

Bottle. Not a good example of a light beer. Watery and tasteless and only drinkable when so cold you cant taste it.

Bottle is pretty ugly. Off silver label is not attractive. Aroma is sweet and sugary with lots of grain. Taste is sweet and has hints of caramel. Not interesting at all though. Very easy drinking and watery. The mouth is very light.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2012 Probably as good as any of the cheap, high volume light beers. Chill it to the point of freezing and it is ok.

Originally rated November 2005. Came in a Christmas pack with a bottle of Molson Canadian (not light) and a big tall glass (with a Ottawa Senators logo on it). Pours a nice light golden colour with a medium white head. Retention is poor, but some lacing is found. The nose is quite full, with malt. Watery mouthfeel that is crisp with hardly any aftertaste. Taste of corn is really present, but at least there is taste to this light beer. Real close to the original Molson Canadian (which is what I am about to rate), just lighter ABV. Beats the hell out of Busch Light.

Nothing to special about this Canadian beer-A. Its taste was fine, but flat on flavor-A.

Can. Pretty much the standard cheap pale lager formula, bland, tasteless. Watery notes of pale malts and burnt corn. Wouldn’t miss it if it dropped off the face of the planet tomorrow.
