Pours yellow with white head. Taste and aroma are a bit stronger than a normal macro, with a touch more taste that is relatively refreshing, but not with much taste.

UPDATED: MAR 15, 2011 This is probably my favour lager. I am one for the stronger tasting beers but this beer has a very easy drinking taste to it. It bright yellow and it pours a light head, nice offering

Bottle. Makes me wish I wasn’t Canadian. Decent national lager especially considering the beers south of the border.. pours a pale yellow with little to no head.. when this is ice cold its drinkable.. when it warms up a little the corn/skunk comes out. This is an unpleasant beer to drink.

Crystal clear, light yellow, decent head, lots of carbonation. Aroma is a tad malty and it tastes like any other lager.

If there is no craft beer at a bar, I usually ask for a Canadian. Pretty smooth and better than a lot of other offerings.

bottles at a wedding in Toronto. was an average beer, typical pale lager characteristics.

Again I was in a situation where my options were very limited, but I was in the mood to try something different for a change. I had already tried the Grolsch that night so I opted for this one. Nothing super special going on. Aroma/apperance/flavor were all pretty much weak.

{decanted a 12oz bottle to Boston Lager glass} It poured an anemic color of watered down nicotine; pale, translucent straw. However the aroma was of a decent smelling, lite Canadian lager. Better than some. Crisp tasting with a clean finish. If it warms up much beyond fridge temp it begins to taste like a tin can. Verdict: Not a bad pale lager for mass market, just ugly and best served cold.
